Patient Gateway

Patient Gateway is a secure electronic online portal that connects our patients to our primary care and specialty care practices. Patients can request appointments and prescription refills, view medical records, and find helpful information about the practice. It is also used for routine communication between patient and physician or office staff.

Electronic Medical Records

State-of-the-art electronic medical records ensure that whether you see a primary care or specialty physician within our network, each one has access to your complete, up-to-date medical information. This system also links NSPG to North Shore Medical Center and to all Partners HealthCare hospitals, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Wellness and Support

NSMC Wellness and Integrative Medicine offers a wide variety of exercise and yoga classes, massage and acupuncture services, as well as personal training and strength building classes. In addition, NSMC offers a wide range of support groups  for patients and their families.
