Diabetes Management
Qualifying patients are enrolled in the comprehensive Diabetes Management Program at Salem Hospital.
Patients with diabetes are monitored and cared for by our endocrinology hospitalist during their stay at Salem Hospital. This is done in collaboration with the patient's endocrinologist.
