Urgent Care Clinic
Get immediate care at our North Shore Urgent Care clinic.
When you need timely medical care but your situation is not an emergency, an urgent care clinic is where you can get care on an appointment basis. North Shore Urgent Care is a leading urgent care facility in the region, providing excellent and compassionate treatment for sore throats and ear infections, minor cuts and fractures, bumps and bruises, allergies and headaches, as well as other illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening. Our North Shore Urgent Care clinic is staffed by board-certified doctors and health care providers. X-rays and lab tests are also offered on the premises.

An urgent care clinic cannot treat emergencies.
Our North Shore Urgent Care clinic does not offer emergency services.
If you are experiencing chest pains, excessive bleeding, stroke, heart attack, difficulty breathing or if you are in active labor, please go directly to the emergency room nearest you or call 911 for help.
All patients are welcomed.
We welcome infants through adults. Appointments are required. We are affiliated with Salem Hospital and North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG), but you do not need to be a patient of either to receive care at our urgent care clinic.
Non-emergency conditions our care clinic is equipped to handle:
- Minor fractures
- Sprains and other muscle and joint strains
- Bruises, small cuts, scratches or minor burns
- Cold or flu
- Cough or sore throat
- Ear and eye infections
- Allergies
- Rashes or minor swelling
- Sore throat and sinus pain
- Muscle cramps or spasms
Transfers and referrals from our urgent care clinic
Should you require care beyond what the staff at our urgent care clinic is able to offer, we can arrange a transfer to the emergency department at Salem Hospital. We can also arrange additional care, for example, consultation with specialists like a geriatric care specialist or pulmonary medicine specialist at North Shore Physicians Group. We can also refer you to world-class experts in the Mass General Brigham network.
In addition to our urgent care clinic, we offer access to a wide range of clinical specialists and can help you find an OBGYN doctor, internal medicine physician or family medicine specialists.
