North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG) is proud to offer our patients a secure, convenient way to manage their medical history and connect to their primary and specialty care NSPG physicians. We are able to offer this through a secure, online network called Patient Gateway.
Patient Gateway is currently available at all three of our Danvers offices, our 331 and 400 Highland Avenue Salem offices, and in Saugus and Marblehead. It will be made available everywhere else within the next six months.
If your NSPG office has Patient Gateway up and running, you can now do the following online:
- Request routine appointments
- Get prescription refills
- Get referrals
- Get email reminders about upcoming appointments
- View your online medical record, including medications, allergies, and lab results
- Get health and disease information
- Find directions and other helpful office visit information

- August: Essex Center Drive and Centennial Drive Peabody
- October: OB/GYN in Swampscott, Danvers and Salem
- November: Infectious Disease at 55 Highland Avenue Salem
Patient Gateway also enables you to email questions to your doctor’s office. You will receive a notification email when you have a reply waiting; the reply is securely stored within your Patient Gateway account for maximum privacy.
