We accept most major insurance policies and we strive to stay current with most insurers. We suggest that you contact our office or central registration office directly for confirmation of acceptance of your insurance plan.We encourage all of our patients to understand which services their insurance company will cover and those for which they may be financially responsible. While our staff is knowledgeable about what most insurance policies generally cover, changes in your coverage can occur without our knowledge. You are responsible for co-payments, services that are not covered and deductibles. Payment is expected at the time of your visit. For your convenience, we accept, cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
