Appointment Reminders and Confirmations
We understand that managing your healthcare needs within busy schedules can be a challenge. To help our patients remember their appointments, we use an automated call system to provide you with appointment information. You will receive a reminder call two days prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be given the option to confirm, cancel or reschedule your appointment. This system will also remind you if you need to make an appointment for an annual physical or a follow-up appointment for a certain medical condition.
